World and national records were being smashed. The running world was saying, 'why is everyone running so fast?' They were released to the public and local runners were racking up PR's. The carbon plate improves energy return especially at toe-off, and they are still really light. Now, most of the big running shoe companies have their own version of the carbon plate. Today I got Saucony's endorphin pros. I took them for 4 easy miles and they feel amazing. I think I have my marathon shoe.
