Today was a 90 minute progression run. The goal is to build stamina by running each 30 minute segment progressively faster. First 3rd is easy to moderate, middle 3rd moderate pace, and the last 3rd is mod to hard (half marathon race pace). Its one of those runs I both dread and get excited for.
