

Sometimes life gets in the way of our training plans. I missed 3 runs due to working and just life. I have to fight this compulsion to make up for it, and resist overloading my other days, as this can lead to injury and tired, heavy legs - I've learned this the hard way. Tomorrow is the most mportant run of the week, so instead I'll carry on as usual. It's better to turn it into a positive; the rest days were a chance to reset and recharge. Now I'll have fresher legs, and a hungrier mind. Plus Leah won't leave my side, in hopes of a run.
