

I'm two months out from my marathon. Not the marathon where I'll be chasing a fast time, that one will be in December, but I still want a solid race and qualify for the Boston and New York marathons. My weeks need to include; hill repeats or a long interval session, a tempo run, and a long quality run, plus I like 3 days of doubles for volume. Now is the time for consistency. Off to do hill repeats, and in new shoes!
