

At a family reunion of sorts and trying to squeeze in training. I keep hearing 'you're on vacation, just take the day off,' but when you have a goal, you need to be 100% all in. Decided to do a fartlek, which is Swedish for speed play. 12x400 hard, 400 easy. The key is to not let the easy part be too slow; it's a change of pace workout. Also battled heat and the wind, but it's done. All in!!
