

Water, hat, sunscreen, self-belief, grit, and determination - check. Ready for my longest, hardest run of the week, and I'm doing it on tired legs. We're running a route appropriately called blod and guts - it's hilly. I purposely run with guys faster than me for my long run, they don't care if I can't keep up, they just go. So time to get out of my comfort zone and dig deep.
