

Today was a very slow 12km; my legs were so tired from yesterday's effort, every step was painful. Now lots of stretching and foam rolling; plus an elliptical session. Yesterday's effort gave me the confidence to go for sub 2:50. Two more weeks of work and then more time to train for a fall marathon over the summer. During marathon training it's so important to get: enough sleep, proper hydration and nutrition, taking time to stretch, get massages and cross train.
