It has been 2 weeks without a day off of running so today is a much needed recovery day. I have 33 miles (53 km) so far this week. Tomorrow will be easy in preparation for Saturday's 10 km time trial. Today's focus is on stretching and foam rolling. I want to be as prepared for Saturday as I can be. So pumped to see where I'm at! I'm charging my gopro - so videos to come soon!
