I’ve been getting some workout regimen requests; I’m not a certified trainer (but I’m thinking about it), but I can give advice based on my experiences if you’re looking to build some muscle

Push day Week 1 (I’m currently doing a 4 week cycle with the lightest weights on the first week and the heaviest weight on the last)
I always add a little leg into push day and vice versa because I like to say I’m doing tits ‘n ass at the gym

Incline Barbell bench press 5 sets @ 160lbs
Reps: 6, 6, 6, 6, 5
Barbell bench press 5 sets @ 180lbs
Reps: 4, 4, 3, 3, 3
Hip adductors 5 sets @ 150lbs
Rep: 15, 15, 12, 12, 12
Hip abductors 5 sets @ 150lbs
Rep: 15, 15, 12, 12, 12
Incline Dumbbell bench press 5 sets @ 70lbs
Reps: 12, 12, 12, 12, 10
Dumbbell bench press 5 sets @ 80lbs
Reps: 8, 8, 8, 7, 6
Decline close grip bench press 5 sets @ 60lbs
Reps: 9, 9, 10, 10, 10
Leg extension 5 sets @ 160lbs
Reps: 12, 12, 12, 12, 12
