Soo I threw my back out at the gym last week and itβs BADπ I could barely even get out of bed for 3 days and Iβm still not moving the best.. Also the noise that I heard when it happened has scarred me to the point of never wanting to do another deadlift π so heres to hoping I can keep this peach plump with low intensity workouts and a lot more yoga for the foreseeable future ππ
