

After a week with daily walking - I can say for sure: it's a mini therapy 💆♀️
Even if it's 20 minutes - but without the phоne, in headphones with your favorite music or in silence.....
I really felt better: my body is alert, my mood is stable, and even my sleep became deeper 😴
