Such as if you have full eye sight to look outside and use of both legs to walk to look outside along with your coffee and food that morning!
Just watch how these two little things implemented can change how you FEEL there for changing how you THINK 💭 !
For me this thong was a little thing that made me smile 😅 honestly don’t think to much it kills JOY and the moment ! PS - YOU GOT THIS ! What ever your going through you will come through it!
