Straight up, I woke up at 5:30 AM to try and crank this out before work 😭 (I do not make enough money from my day job or as a cosplayer – the hustle is real). The first set is almost ready though. I don’t want to just drop something before it is ready and this set is totally worth it!

My Ahri (if you cannot tell from the promo this is Ahri) is also super fucking sexy. Different than the Katarina though, this set feels so much more magical. I know. I know. As mentioned in yesterday’s post, I do actually love League of Legends and Ahri has always been so whimsical and this upcoming set does manage to be straight up fire, but with that nice winter magic ❄️. I actually do love League of Legends. I am not any good at it and I only play bot games because folks are mean, but I still enjoy it overall and adore the character design, lore, etc. Also, this was very early in my wig styling skills. I colored and styled it myself too! It used to be blonde. 🤪

Statistically November is one of the lowest earning months for me on this platform (I love charts and graphs), but this November really seemed to hit me hard. I do use this page to get more funds for cosplay, but also for bills and I did not hit my mark😔. One of those I need X amount of dollars for my bills and the extra goes to new looks and I did not even hit X this last month.
*With that being said,* I have tons of ideas for December, but I might need assistance this holiday season. **MY THOUGHTS ON THE SHOW - FOR REAL!**
I am in love with this show. However, it is definitely not what I expected, but I am onboard with it. Keep in mind, I only managed to watch episodes 1-4 last night, but it was a nice, funny, relaxing way to end my weekend.
If you have not checked it out, go in knowing that this is not a reboot nor is it a sequel. Reset your expectations before starting. It starts out quite similarly with a few joke and concept changes and then it really takes a turn in the other direction. I say this without trying to spoil too much, but it has the humor of the Scott Pilgrim you love, this is **NOT** the Scott Pilgrim you love. This is something new. This is a fantastic standalone to the franchise.
One of the most significant changes (again without trying to spoil too much) is you definitely get to see more Ramona (and already more hair colors and I am only for episodes in) and it reveals more about her relationships and focuses on her achieving closure.
This is not to say that there are not battles! There definitely are. There is a lot of anime style humor when it comes to the evil exes battles and I did appreciate the use of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater songs during some Lucas Lee sections. The show itself is bright, colorful, funny and there are fun details (some more subtle than others) that truly add to the brilliance of the show.
Once I complete the series, I would love to do a full spoiler review on my thoughts and explain out some of the more brilliant jokes that I caught onto.

Did another at home shoot this time of one of Peter Parker’s other ladies, Black Cat!!!! I have always loved Marvel and, it might be cliché, but Spider-Man is possibly my favorite Marvel hero.

I have a chance to do a photoshoot Sunday, but I don’t know … I know I should for the sake of content, but I can’t decide what direction to go in. Feeling a little stuck.
Though I am a paid and published model (feels so strange to say that) I don’t sell content that photographers pay me to do - there’s contracts and rules. All the pay to view sets I make I reach out to my photographer friends for assistance, but all concepts come from my own brain and a lot of the set up does too!
And it is hard. Being creative is rewarding, but still difficult. I am proud to say when I hype a shoot and say how much I absolutely love it that I am being 100% honest. I have so much passion for what I do and when things fall into place and my vision comes through I am over the moon!!!! Also, some shoots make me feel SO beautiful and it brings me such great self esteem. But sometimes I hit a wall when it comes to deciding my next project.
The problem is cosplay as a business. I have to determine cost of materials VS. the probability of success. It’s so limiting as I know my ideas can be niche and, though they bring me so much joy, I have to determine if I can budget in a passion project that won’t likely garner any earnings. HOWEVER, I also want my projects that will have a higher chance for earnings to truly be creative and smart even if they are more obvious to a wider audience. I want every single look I produce to be something I love and can stand behind.
Y’all, my brain functions like this ALL. THE. TIME. I am just a small ball of chronic anxiety 😂.
