Mainly for your stability and core strength. Always make sure you start with a lighter weight before you know how much you can progress but push yourself try this if you need a little improvement with your balance or stability this is a great one and it’s NOT as easy as it looks haha 🤣 my legs may have been shaking when I first got into these exercises but consistency is key and you can only get stronger!😇

The challenge is NOT just about your physical transformation but it’s a great test to your mental toughness as well. If you know me you know I love a good challenge! 😋 I’m really drawn to the idea of seeing what I can do when I commit for 75 days straight! 🥵

completing two 45 minute workouts each day
following a diet without cheat meals or alcohol
drinking a gallon of water and reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book and taking a daily progress photo.

Upper body has never been my strongest suit🙈😮💨 But when you’re not the best at something is when you need to put the work in. Burning my upper body to target those back and arm muscles. You just can’t beat it. Left me feeling a sense of accomplishment and feeling like I overcame something today! I don’t know who else needs to hear this but keep going you’ll thank yourself later!! 💪🏼🙏🏼
