Time to get personal because you guys love me(I think).. so last year I was put on numerous medications to try and help with my mental health. It’s been trial and error for the past year, I think I’ve tried over ten drugs and finally found a combo that works..ish. However, one of the side effects has been weight gain and reduced metabolism. Which means I’ve put on weight and struggled to get rid of it due to the depression I was also facing. But being on this combination that is starting to work means I’ve got it in me to diet and exercise. So I’ve been working on that. - this is a very very long winded explanation as to why I haven’t produced decent content for months for the timeline and videos, customs etc. I’ll be hopefully creating new stuff soon when I’ve lost some weight and feel comfortable in my body again.
So I just want to say thank you for putting up with me, being patient with me, loving me and everything else that you’ve all done for me 🥰
